Samiko villa comprises of over 900 sqm of living space.

The lead architect for this project was Hillekamp & Webber, a leading German architectural practice.

In addition, Disdir Langaskens led the local team. Mr. Langaskens was chief architect, planner and builder of homes, schools, hospitals as well as over a 100 homes on Koh Samui.

The villa has been designed to have panoramic views from every bedroom and bathroom as well as the kitchen and living areas.

In addition to the many retaining walls, underground drainage and rainwater recycling has also been built into the villa.

The interior design of the villa was overseen by Harari and MayPingDesigns Limited.

Many of the items were sourced from America, Italy and the United Kingdom. However wherever possible, local craftsmen were also involved to provide bespoke furniture and landscaping.

In all cases, specialist contractors (pool, electrics, painting, kitchens etc.) were employed to provide a higher level of finish.
