Samiko Villa is one of 2 villas, situated on one plot of land on the Jantara Estate.
Each villa is completely independent with its own electric and water meters. Each villa has its own registered ‘Blue Book’.

OWNERSHIP WILL BE TRANSFERRED AS FOLLOWS:

Full ownership of the building will transferred directly (fully permissible in Thailand)
Simultaneously, the land on which the building sits, will be jointly owned by both villa owners

The boundary of the land on which the villa sits, will be marked on the original Chanote title and registered at the law firm office.
If at any stage, subdivision on the estate is allowed, this will automatically be transferred.

This legal structure is in full compliance with all Thai laws and allows for the establishment of either a Thai holding company or an overseas company to hold the assets.
